Terms of Use

This page sets out the rules for using juegospoki.co. Opening the site and playing means you accept them. If they do not suit you, we ask you to leave.

Free for personal enjoyment

Poki costs nothing when the fun is just for you. You can enjoy the games directly in your browser during a break, after school, or beside a brother or sister. Playing requires no payment. Republishing, reselling, or copying the site or anything in it is not allowed, and business use needs our written permission.

Each game stays with its developer

The people and studios who create the games on Poki also own them. We display them so you can play, but ownership stays with them. Their names, art, music, and code remain theirs. When a developer asks us to take a game down, we do it.

Every game may not work on every device

We work to keep the site running smoothly, yet we cannot promise that all games will run on any phone, tablet, or computer. A newer browser, a keyboard, or more memory is needed for some games. Others may load slowly on a school computer. The site comes as it is, and we make no guarantee that it stays available or error-free.

Fair play, no abuse

Keep it fair. Cheats, bots, or modified versions that break a game or spoil it for others are not allowed. Do not attempt to hack the site, overload it, or upload harmful code. Harassing anyone or posting illegal or harmful content through the site is also forbidden. We may block access when someone abuses the site.

Third parties supply some game content

Certain games load from outside services run by other people. That content is beyond our control, and we are not responsible for it. Should a game show something strange or fail to load, let us know and we will take a look.

Games and the site can change or disappear

Games get added, rearranged, and sometimes removed. The catalog may change at any moment without notice. These terms may also be updated; the version shown on this page is the one that applies.
