About the game

Block Blast is a free block puzzle. You get a grid and block shapes to drop onto it, and your job is to complete whole rows or columns so they wipe away and leave room again.

A round goes at your speed: pick a shape, find a spot, watch a line close. Each piece you set down eats space, so careless drops leave holes that are hard to fill. Clearing lines pushes your score up, and the board filling up ends the round.

How to play

  • Move a block with your mouse, or with a finger on a touch screen.
  • Set it so its squares finish a full row across or a full column down.
  • A finished line vanishes and frees room for the next pieces.
  • Keep enough open squares so shapes still fit, and clear lines to raise your score.
